WE19 Morning Yoga
Exercise your mind and body thoroughly at WE19 by participating in a morning yoga class. These private sessions are available to WE19 attendees and designed for all levels of yoga experience. Each class lasts approximately 1 hour and is guided by a certified yoga instructor.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start of class, wear comfortable clothes and bring water. This class is exclusive to WE19 attendees, so come join other SWE members and start your morning off right with an energized body, mind, and spirit.

The firm helps companies assess individuals as part of the hiring process as well as identify high potential talent.
Jane Lowenstein has over 25 years of experience advising corporate executives how to solve their people problems. Her clients have described her as a perceptive and insightful coach who produces exceptional results. She has taught managers and executives how to develop and lead others to reach organizational goals, create an environment for high performance and develop an adaptable, competent workforce to handle tough issues.
